The MANOIR AU LAC is located in the heart of the Ballon des Vosges Natural Park.

We attach great importance to ecology and the impact we have on Nature.

🌱 We carefully maintain our garden independently, which allows us to grow aromatic plants, as well as flowers to perfect your menus at LA TABLE DU MANOIR.

🌱 We are also happy to work with more than a dozen local producers, to compose excellent menus based on fresh products.

♻️ And after all this, we recycle everything that can be recycled as much as possible: organic matter (compost) and selective sorting, of course.

🌱 Between the MANOIR and LA VILLA DES GRANDS BOIS, you can enjoy 1.5 hectares of forest and green promenade.

Here, we rub shoulders with Nature and we want to preserve it.
